We treat our clients’ homes the way we treat our own home and communicate with our clients in a manner we’d expect to be communicated with if we were in our clients’ shoes. We drive both the gross rental revenues (through our advanced marketing program and our focus on generating 5 star guest reviews) as well the net rental revenues (by not nickel and diming our homeowners with lots of fees and expenses).

Our property management fees are 25% of the gross rental revenue for the home. We charge our guests a cleaning fee that is separate and apart from the rental rate (so our commission does not apply to the cleaning fee). The only time an owner pays a cleaning fee is if we clean the home after an owner’s stay.
