The lofts are available in two floor plans.
The large unit is our 1st floor/2nd floor unit. It is a 2 story unit with 1350 sq ft of living space.

We are working with an interior designer to offer all lofts fully furnished and turnkey. This option is available for an additional cost above purchase price. View the slide carousel in ”turnkey” section of this website to view finishing options and available furnishings.
Due to the location and proximity to the Bay and the Beach and the walkability of the Taft District to restaurants, shops and the ocean, the Ebb Street Lofts will make great vacation rentals. The lofts will be located in a Commercial Zone. This zoning will make it possible for all of the lofts to get VRD permits without the waiting period that residentially zoned properties typically have (to be verified with the City of Lincoln City) .
The Ebb Street Lofts will be nestled in the south end of Lincoln City known as walkable, explorable Taft. Taft is Lincoln City’s historic bay front district where you will find shopping, events, eateries and unique stores and artists. Taft boasts a rich past of logging and fishing and shares a history of glass floats and sand castles. You can walk to the beach, the shops, art galleries, a new food truck pod, a new brewery on the Bay and the oldest bar on the Coast just to name a few.
By using our preferred lender for the loan, the lender will pay for the the appraisal, and the developer will include a refrigerator with the purchase of the condo. Also, our preferred lender has vetted the HOA information and purchase reserve agreement, so there would be no concerns about funding a loan. See more about our preferred lender here!
Pricing starts at $475,000 and goes up to $535,000.
Pricing is dependent on the unit option you choose along with standard closing costs, loan costs and furnishing options.
Additional costs could include standard closing costs, loan fees and finishing/furnishings costs (if choosing the turnkey option).
Additionally, there are HOA fees in the amount of about $300 per month. This will cover water, sewer, exterior and common area maintenance, reserves, HOA management costs.
Phase one is anticipated to be completed in the last half of 2023.
Phase two is anticipated to be completed in late 2023 to early 2024.
Upon completion of the condos, final inspections by the County and a successful closing with the title company occurs, you will be able to move into your condo.
